"As a designer, painting abstracts and montages is a very natural way for me to express myself and allows me to create a world with little concern for representation and the opportunity for a lot of experimentation."

Paintings
"This series of acrylic paintings explores the human figure as it emerges from textural backgrounds. I begin a piece by creating the texture with moulding pastes and a palette knife. As I work, the figures find form within the textured abstractions and I continue to draw the figures out through the layering of color."

"About four years ago I set out to create a new artistic technique. Something that would draw people in, and hold them there fascinated. I wanted something three dimensional, while still playing on the borderline of a classical oil painting. Something that reflected the current advances in digital media, but was in no way a slave to it or in anyway looked computery. Something that made new advances in the area of dimension and color and in the end just looked cool."
